If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products or services you purchase from us, including digital NFC cards, subscription plans, and related services.

The words with initial letters capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether the word appears in singular or plural.

1. Company refers to SwipeID, operated by Ebaba Technologies.

2. Goods refer to items or products offered for sale on the Service, including NFC cards.

3. Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

4. Service refers to the website and associated digital services.

5. Website refers to SwipeID, accessible from https://swipeid.app.

6. You means the individual accessing or using the Service or the company/legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Вашите права за анулиране на поръчка

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date you receive the Goods or the digital service activation (whichever is applicable).

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us clearly by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request or the returned Goods. Refunds will use the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be charged by SwipeID.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized items.

2. Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.

3. Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons if unsealed after delivery.

4. Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

SwipeID reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditio

Note: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We are not to be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.
